Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime in your Billing Settings.

We have a free plan for up to 50 shipments per month. You may want to upgrade to paid plans based on your needs and shipment volume. However, if you pay the annual fee upfront, you get a 10% discount and an onboarding setup.

You can get fully set up in less than 30 min if you want to do it all by yourself. We offer onboarding guidelines. However, if you need help, we usually can get back to you in 3 business days.

Yes, we can! Get your trial started on any Growth or Advance plan. Client setup is prioritized based on plan sizes.

You can sync your orders on demand up to the last 60 days.

We do not modify or change any of your data. Our default settings are read-only. However, after installation, if you want to change fulfillment links to point to your tracking page, or anything else - you can adjust that. The Rush app is flexible to what works best for you and is completely risk-free!

How does it work?

After you install it, Rush will start listening for new orders and fulfilments of your store. As soon as the order is fulfilled and is assigned a tracking number, Rush will start tracking that number. It usually takes about a minute for the tracking number to become visible within our system. During installation, we also set up a tracking page on your store and track your orders for the last 7-days for free to get you started.

The Rush app has been translated into more than 21 languages including: Chinese Simplified & Traditional, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Vietnamese.

The tracking page supports out-of-the-box 82 languages. However, you can always add your own translations. You can find list with all languages in Multilingual tracking page article.

A shipment is a tracking number (valid or invalid) that is assigned to your fulfilled order. Some orders have multiple fulfilments thus, multiple shipments. Depending on your orders per month and how you fulfill them, shipments are an equal or greater number.

Rush re-syncs every shipment within 2 hours by default, with a few exceptions. However, based on our customers’ needs we can change that limit. If you have more questions regarding this, feel free to contact our support team.

Rush sends order and shipment events to your Klaviyo account. Based on those events, you can create Klaviyo flows and send transaction shipping updates. With Rush, you can send shipping emails—pre-transit, in-transit, out for delivery, delivered, and exceptions. You can find all about how Rush works with Klaviyo in our Klaviyo-dedicated resources.

You can build and customize your tracking page directly in Shopify Editor. You can style your tracking page with multiple app blocks and templates that Rush offers. If you need help building your tracking page, you can reach out to customer support and ask for expert setup service.
